John and team are fantastic to deal with. They believe in the products they sell and are home theater fanatics (in a good way).John spent a great deal of time demoing the speakers and explaining what was important to consider.There was no pressure to buy and I ended up with a great deal on a home theater speaker set.Highly recommend if you want solid advice and quality speaker system components.

We recently had Canadian Sound upgrade a sound system that they installed 15 years ago and it went unbelievably smoothly. The entire team is very responsive and knowledgeable. We called them back with a small issue a couple of months later and they had someone come out to solve it the same day. Highly recommend them.

I recently moved to Burlington and was not at all sure where to start.From my first contact with Steve I was impressed. Steve took the time to educate me on what was needed vs. Overselling and upselling. My installers were Lenny and Gerry. Great guys ! They spent 2 days in my home and were so professional, efficient and tidy. They were precise with the install and educated me on how to run my system. They were very patient and no question was a dumb question.I was so impressed with their attention to detail that I had Canadian Sound back to install my home security /ring system. Paul did my install and from start to finish, he explained everything.Home audio and security can be overwhelming but I was nothing less than satisfied and comfortable.To Steve, Lenny, Gerry & Paul - thank you ! You are top in class and my experience with your company was nothing less than stellar. Highly recommend !!!!! Keep up the great work.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We used their services for about 3 years. In that time the services were always so-so. We tried to cancel and was charged around $175. Then we charged for 4 months and I was told because I didn't email them that I had cancelled, it wasn't cancelled. Although, my card was charged for the cancellation fee.....makes no sense. I was told it would take 30 days to cancel and I would still have to pay monthly fees. I basically had to lose my ...... and explain it was fraud before they would even think of refunding me. I'm still waiting.....

I had a check engine light on in our car, I called the service department who told me to come in right away and they will quickly scan the code and clear it. I drove 45 minutes and parked our car in there service bay. I then had coffee in their showroom for almost an hour. The service advisor came to me at the end of the day and said sorry we won’t have time to scan your car today come back tomorrow. I wasted 3 hours of my time. Fast forward a month I have been to this dealer 3 times in one month for the same issue and I still have a check engine light. Im just not impressed from the customer service stand point of this dealer. And they don’t have any respect for your time.I just dropped our car off today again and they said they will look at it in two weeks.. so another two weeks with out a car. This is probably our last Mercedes car, lots of issues with a car with less than 50,000KM on it.

We couldn't be happier with our new Lutron blinds! Let's the sunlight in, we can see outside, but cannot see in. Overall has a clean look. Definitely recommend Martin to install blinds. Great service.

I bought a 2021 G63 at Star Motors of Ottawa, there were a couple minor hiccups (partially my own fault as I'm an oddly particular person) but the overall experience was great.Worked with Josee, Mansour and Adam mostly, all great professional people to work with.Dealership is probably one of the nicer ones I've had the pleasure of purchase a vehicle at.The process was simple and straight forward, pickup was flawless.I've only had one interaction with Service/Parts, seemed solid to me, also seem to go a bit beyond and above.Great dealership, great people. You can't really ask for more when spending the big dollars.

Great product! While unfortunate, it is a common fact that many of us become forgetful and even confused as we age. My mother-in-law was no different, and would often leave things cooking. Sometimes, she would even turn on the wrong burner. She also had a habit of leaving wooden pot-warmers on top of the burners, because in her mind she was not using that burner. Many times, we would detect a burnt" smell in her condo when we visited. This product was literally a life-saver. Easy to setup and manage remotely. My mother-in-law is in a nursing home now

From my initial contact with Steve from Canadian Sound, I was very impressed. The home visit, the install was a dream! Got exactly what I asked for with major improvements. The installation was seamless and professional. The crew that installed were amazing. I couldnt have asked for more. Ive had lots of experience with A/V companies in the past. Canadian Sound in my opinion is the best!

What a great team. I have been considering a new receiver for some time now, and there was no other place I was going to shop. I’ve been dealing with them for ten years now and look forward to doing so for years to come. So much knowledge and insight. I consider them the best in the business in Calgary.
