I can't say enough good things about Steve, his staff, and the incredible quality of products and customer service that Canadian Sound offers. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and were able to fulfill my wish list with products that were of great quality and within my budget. Steve had no trouble adapting to my changing ideas and never hesitated to add those little extras at a very reasonable cost. Each technician was polite, punctual, and quite skilled. And above all, they were very patient answering all my questions. I am even more impressed with the speed at which Steve responds to any of my phone calls and emails, and never hesitates to send over a technician to fix any bugs, or switch out any product that may have a warranty issue. Canadian Sound is by far the best company I have dealt with in very many years!

Our project included a Theatre Room AV refresh, Home Sound System update & the installation of an Internet Wi-Fi Network (indoors & out). Our 20 yr old home created some unique installation challenges that Steve and his team (shout out to Shane & Greg in particular) were consistently tenacious, creative and successful in problem solving.
