We recently had Canadian Sound upgrade a sound system that they installed 15 years ago and it went unbelievably smoothly. The entire team is very responsive and knowledgeable. We called them back with a small issue a couple of months later and they had someone come out to solve it the same day. Highly recommend them.

I recently moved to Burlington and was not at all sure where to start.From my first contact with Steve I was impressed. Steve took the time to educate me on what was needed vs. Overselling and upselling. My installers were Lenny and Gerry. Great guys ! They spent 2 days in my home and were so professional, efficient and tidy. They were precise with the install and educated me on how to run my system. They were very patient and no question was a dumb question.I was so impressed with their attention to detail that I had Canadian Sound back to install my home security /ring system. Paul did my install and from start to finish, he explained everything.Home audio and security can be overwhelming but I was nothing less than satisfied and comfortable.To Steve, Lenny, Gerry & Paul - thank you ! From my initial contact with Steve from Canadian Sound, I was very impressed. The home visit, the install was a dream! Got exactly what I asked for with major improvements. The installation was seamless and professional. The crew that installed were amazing. I couldnt have asked for more. Ive had lots of experience with A/V companies in the past. We had Canadian Sound in to rewire communications, security and entertainment in our full renovation. They were recommended by our electricians. To be honest, this crew was the most organized, tidy, on time, on budget of any of our trades. Their follow-up has been excellent. Canadian Sound is great from their professional, knowledgeable techs (with incredible tenure with the company) to their ability to design and suggest the right equipment. We have used Steve and the team for years, and we just moved with an entire set-up required. Steve and Greg made our new (and much smaller) home even better than with their thoughts on how to address - TV, Apple, music, remotes and integrations. We even used them for our work/school needs with improved wifi and connectivity through the house and yard. I highly recommend Canadian Sound for not only TV entertainment and other streaming needs, but but also for internet, security features requiring technology. Steve and his team are truly outstanding. we completely updated the AV throughout our home and they exceeded our expectations. Their recommendations for updating was totally on the mark and they have access to the highest quality equipment at reasonable pricing. There were no technical issues they encountered that they couldn't quickly deal with. Their installation team's knowledge was totally up to date on systems, equipment and interaction with the internet. They installed a mesh internet system throughout the house to optimize performance.
